Position Summary
We're looking for a Digital Transformation Business Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our digital initiatives, focusing on the strategic implementation and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You'll work closely with business leaders and technical teams to analyze current processes, identify opportunities for digital innovation, and drive sustainable change.
This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset. You'll be instrumental in transforming our business workflows, enabling data-driven decision-making, and enhancing our customer experience through effective technology adoption.
Responsibilities
Strategic Process Transformation
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes across departments (sales, marketing, customer service, after-sales, and accounting).
- Develop detailed process maps and documentation that highlight opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
- Identify process gaps & inefficiencies and bottlenecks, recommending strategic technology solutions to streamline operations and improve business outcomes.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from key stakeholders, translating them into actionable plans for digital solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management
- Act as a key liaison, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, provide project updates, and facilitate crucial discussions.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, managing expectations and fostering collaboration.
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth and successful transitions for all users during system implementations and process improvements.
CRM & ERP System Implementation
- Translate business process needs into functional and technical specifications for our CRM and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure accurate and efficient system setup and integration.
- Configure and customize CRM and ERP modules to align with strategic business goals.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing utilization.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
- Analyze system data to identify key trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Develop and generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the effectiveness of digital solutions.
- Use data analysis to identify and recommend continuous process improvements and optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in implementing Digital transformation projects especially greenfield projects involving CRM and ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP Business One, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of agile and project management principles.
- Experience with database concepts.
