Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual Bodyshop revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales and service advisor team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, corporate clients, and individual customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and fleet accounts.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by overseeing service quality and customer handling standards.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations and Workshop teams to ensure smooth repair processes and timely delivery.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Handle key customer negotiations, complaints, and escalations when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing standards, and ethical sales practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in automotive, Bodyshop, aftersales, or service-related industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
