About the job Sales Manager (Bodyshop)
Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual Bodyshop revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales and service advisor team to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, corporate clients, and individual customers.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and fleet accounts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by overseeing service quality and customer handling standards.
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Workshop teams to ensure smooth repair processes and timely delivery.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Handle key customer negotiations, complaints, and escalations when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing standards, and ethical sales practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in automotive, Bodyshop, aftersales, or service-related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
