+ Job Description 
     - Follow KPI and achieve the target on sales (unit, parts and service).
     - Build up a strong Business Partner working together with other department.
     - Assist Aftersales department to provide training to Business Partner.
     - Develop more quality Business Partner around the country.
     - Maintain and support the existing Business Partner.
     - Improve relationship between Business Partner and company.
     - Develop market image through our Business Partner.
     - Agricultural segment knowledge or Agricultural equipment knowledge and skill.
     - Customer relationship management skill.
     - Developing more quality Business Partner at required location based on unit analysis or management decision.
     - Setting-up new Business Partner after done recruitment successfully.
     - Visiting Business Partner around the country with proper schedule or customer needed.
     - Reporting as weekly about total part sales, unit referred and market environment.
     - Calling to all Sales Supervisors to follow up unit-referred deals.  
     - Coordinating on training materials in order to fulfill the business partner ability.
     - Maintaining the existed business partner for better relationship.
     - Explaining and updating the benefit to business partner to generate more sales and achieve the Objective.
     - Calling to all Business Partner with regular schedule to survey part ordering.
     - Working with central part to set PAR-LEVEL of each Business Partner.
     - Following up mobile service plan for visiting Business Partner and give suggestion if situation needed.
     - Preparing and delivering parts to Business Partner if situation needed.
     - Managing the marketing Online (digital marketing) and off line to promote the brand of our products, parts and service.
     - Working closely with marketing department to ensure all marketing materials have been provided to Business Partner.
     - Response for revenue generation (Sales and Aftersales Department)
     - Direct line management reports on the job responsibility.
     - At least 75% of the time traveling nationally.

+ Job Requirement :
     - At least bachelor degree level in Business/Commerce or from Technical School.
     - Extensive knowledge of Agricultural equipment operation and application or business partner operation.
     - Good communication and negotiation skills for the business.
     - At least 2 years Work Experiences within Sales or Aftersales or Business Development Sector.
     - Good on excel for analysis, stock control or stock ordering plan.
     - Result-oriented and self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
     - Must be easy-going and good at communicating with others 
     -  Adopting the new environment fast and willing to learn in new field
     -  Be flexible and patient  
     -  English proficiency (written and spoken)
     - Driver’s License for the vehicle
     - Able to travel at short notice
