About the job Senior Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
· Development, production and delivery of project from proposal right up to delivery;
· Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet or exceed expectations; Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project; Managing supplier relationships;
· Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently;
· Provide leadership, motivation, and direction and support to marketing team;
· Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events;
· Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish;
· Ensuring quality delivery of every project; Research & develop branding concept for All Ford Vehicle Lineup;
· Working closely with marketing team and sales team and relevant department for seeking comments and feedback in improving creative concept & branding;
· Prepared creative concept & branding campaign proposal & submission to Marketing Manager for review and seeking further approval;
· Implementation of branding campaign action plan base on approval timeline; Prepared & manage monthly advertising plan & budget;
· Working closely with media companies & advertising agencies; Daily media monitoring of competitor activities & advertising through print & TV Channels; Regular monitors and evaluate media touch points (Media Viewership) with all Media Channels in Cambodia; Marketing Event Report;
· Weekly Marketing Activities Report;
· Quarterly Work Plan Update;
· Event Management Checklist & Update; Creative Concept Development & Branding Proposal;
· Work with team in marketing department and other departments to contribute effective and efficient execution;
· Handling with any other tasks directed by Marketing Manager.
Education Knowledge and Requirements
· B achelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
· At least 2 years in Sales & Marketing
· Specialize in Event Management, Product Analyze and Research Skill.
· Skill in negotiation, relationship management and problem solving
· Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.
· Be able to work independently and with minimum supervision,
· Able to go nationwide location for marketing research.
