Creative Concept Development

·         To Research & Develop (R&D) Creative Concept for developing all Ford Merchandises, POSM, and other promotion materials and make sure it up-to-date.

·         Interpreting business needs and developing a concept to suit promotion purpose

·         Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research

·         Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts

·         Using innovation  to redefine a design briefs within the constraints of cost and time

·         Have the creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

·         Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD0

2D, 3D, & 4D Design

·         Develop all promotional materials that include Brochure, Leaflet, banner, product catalogue, x-stand, etc.

·         Prepared promotion materials development planning with appropriate timeline

·         Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches

·         Using sophisticated software to create graphics and animations for use in various media, such as TV Commercial (TVC) for broadcasting in Television shows, motion pictures, video and multimedia presentations, social and digital media, product launch and other marketing events purpose.

·         Creative visual materials such as motor show & roadshow booth, product display, spec stand, showroom dress-up & decoration, and others promotion material that meet each marketing project’s requirements and prepare sketches or storyboards based on these requirements to create the final products using computers and specialized 3D software.

·         To create something memorable or eye-catching in order to draw attention to a product being advertised

·         To manipulate light, texture and color to create 3D drawings and illustrations for product labels and presentations

·         Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to project team and marketing manager

 

 

 

Photo & Video Editing

·         Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience

·         Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications

·         Review shooting script and raw materials to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity

·         Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film

·         Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects

·         Create rough and final cuts

·         Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

·         Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process

·         Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency

Reporting & Team Work

·         Artwork/Design Progress Weekly Report

·         Quarterly Marketing  Plan

·         Creative Concept Research & Development

·         Working with team in marketing department and other departments to contribute effective and efficient execution

·         Handling with any other tasks directed by Marketing Manager

Requirements and Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Information Technology or related field is a plus

·         At least 3 years’ experience in graphic design, 2D, 3D and Video Editing

·         A strong portfolio of illustration or other graphics

·         Familiarly with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop Illustrator, Lightroom, Abode Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, InDesign etc.) and 3D & Sketup Software (Sketchup Pro, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3ds Max, Keyshots, etc.)

·         A keen eye for aesthetics and details

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

·         Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Intern, Email, and Social Media etc.)
