Procurement Intern

Job Description

- Coordinate with Senior Procurement Officer to analyze current inventory levels, and sales forecasts to determine reorder levels for both Local and Oversea Items
- Coordinate with Procurement Officer for preparing order local items
- Coordinate with Inventory Controller and Warehouse teams in both Inbound and Outbound Process, Inventory Exceptions, Process guidelines and avoid inventory discrepancies/loss.
- Coordinate with Senior Sourcing Officer Update all contact detail of suppliers and sale agreement contract NDA and Supplier Filing
