The Customer Rewards Marketing Executive's primary duty is to define and execute Loyalty program marketing campaigns.
He/she helps each HungryApp franchisee to successfully create/execute go-to-market plans that build brand awareness, engage consumers, increase customers' acquisition/retention through thoughtful brand storytelling, data-driven insights with analytics, and creative innovation – all grounded in a consumer-centric integrated marketing approach

Job Description

• Ensure the successful launch of online/offline operations of monthly loyalty calendars in partnership with HAPP-franchisees
• Act as the day-to-day lead with HAPP-franchisees in reviewing marketing digital campaigns, materials, providing insightful guidance/feedback, and managing/approving go-to-market plans, creative assets, and marketing tools (Fb, TikTok, Google Ads, influencers, SMS, email, calls, store materials, etc.) 
• Measure the ROI of loyalty marketing investment and share the best practises
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights with HAPP-franchisees to identify market opportunities that inform and help shape customers' personas/target audiences, positioning, go-to-market plans, creative development, and campaign activations
• Analyze performance of marketing campaigns with HAPP-franchisees regularly to identify areas of optimization and make actionable recommendations
• Deliver innovative and performance driven HAPP campaigns that extend reach, increase awareness, and result in meaningful brand deposits
• Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams (Operations, EFG Food Franchisors, Legal, HR and more) to leverage their expertise throughout all stages of campaigns development and execution
• Present marketing updates to Executives and Franchise Teams
• Create marketing pitch decks, presentation materials, internal plans, campaigns’ results, achievements and learnings

Job requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in any degree or Marketing
 Past Experienced in Food & Beverage , Hospitality, FMCG, or any chaging industy would be appreciated.
5-8+ years of experience in Marketing, offline/online campaigns execution (preferably within the F&B industry or with loyalty programs)
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be a plus (but not required)

Travel Requirement 
  Travel to countries when possible and support via ms. team s, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and other countries.
