About the job Senior Risk Manager

  • Prepare and develop risk management policies, frameworks, and procedures align with local regulations.
  • Develop Key Risk Indicators and key processes as well as monitoring including credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk , portfolio risk and other potential risks in compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trend, and risk concentration by assets, sectors, geographies etc.
  • Develop Business Continuity Plan (BCP) scenario as well as relevant guidelines/processes regarding to BCP testing and monitoring;
  • Perform stress testing, scenario analysis, and portfolio simulations to access potential vulnerabilities
  • Prepare and present risk report, review, analyze and report to Management and Board;
  • Assess policy/guideline/process, new product/service, or technology in accordance with the prevailing framework;
  • Provide training on risk awareness, anti-fraud practices, and due diligence.

++ Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (masters degree is preferred).
  • Relevant certified courses are an advantage.
  • Professional training in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in risk management within the banking industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
