Recruitment Manager, Lao

RMA Group’s business in Laos is growing and we are looking for someone to lead the recruitment for our businesses there.

Reporting to the Country HR Manager, and working closely with the global recruitment team in Bangkok, you will:

• Lead the planning and execution of recruitment Laos
• Work closely with the various department man
• agers, to understand their recruitment needs and manage their expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team.

To be considered for this role you:

• Will be an experienced recruiter, either in an agency or working in an HR department.
• Have experience leading and developing a team
• Have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A track record of managing and achieving deadlines
• Have excellent communication in English and Thai or Lao.
