Job Description:

1. Identify areas where staff lack digital proficiency and tailor programs to fill those gaps.
2. Leading new sales hires through digital orientation programs that introduce company products and digital sales processes.
2. Design and update training materials, manuals, and Online learning modules to ensure they align with current digital trends.
4. Develop "Sales Playbooks" that integrate digital outreach (social selling, video demos) into the sales process.
5. Teach Sales Team how to use Generative AI for personalized prospecting on social media
6. Provide Coaching Session to Sales Team on building Trust through Content Engagement and Content Roadmap.
7. Build Social media templates for posting schedules, interactive and boosting strategies
8. Train Sales Team on technical "stage presence"—lighting, audio quality, and using screen-sharing tools effectively to keep remote prospects engaged.
9. Train Sales Team on shooting, scripting, and editing videos for posting on social media
10. Provide coaching session to Sales Team on designing Photo Ad - aligning with the AIDA marketing model.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in any field - Preerence in IT, English Communication, Business Management, or Teaching methodology, Digital marketing
  • Good at Communication in English - Listening, Speaking, Writing, and Reading
  • Computer Literacy - Word, Excel, Power-point,
