Overview of the Role
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving fleet sales by identifying and targeting potential clients, fostering strong relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires a keen understanding of market trends and client needs, as well as the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure service excellence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in growing the companys fleet sales portfolio and ensuring customer satisfaction in Vientiane Capital
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and targeting potential fleet customers, such as companies with a large number of vehicles or government entities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to reach fleet sales targets, including pricing, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Engaging in negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the terms.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinating with various departments, such as finance, service, and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery and servicing of fleet vehicles.
- Providing training and support to the sales team on fleet products and services, ensuring they are equipped to meet client needs effectively.
- Offering clients comprehensive fleet management solutions, including maintenance packages, telematics, and other services to enhance their fleet operations.
- Monitoring sales performance against targets and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve business goals.
- Gathering feedback from clients to improve service offers and address any issues that may arise.
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities to build connections and promote the company's fleet offerings.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in automotive sales or another field related.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and challenges effectively.
- Ability to build relationships within the industry and leverage connections for business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Native Lao or Thai language is mandatory
- Fluent / advanced English is required
- Open to qualified expatriates who meet the required language proficiency
Additional Details
This role is based in Vientiane Capital. It may involve client visits and attendance at networking events, requiring occasional travel. Candidates must demonstrate strong adaptability and cross-functional coordination skills to succeed in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
