About the job Marketing Executive
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Executive based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with some work from home acceptable. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks will include managing external communications, analyzing market trends, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's annual marketing communication plan and budget.
- Craft and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including traditional tactics (in-store promotions, leaflets, signage) and digital strategies (website, social media, email marketing and KOLs).
- Oversee the successful implementation of in-store promotions, ensuring clear communication with store staff, distribution of promotional materials, and proper execution of activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and consumer research to gain insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using data and metrics to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with franchisors' Marketing Department to adapt national marketing programs for the Cambodian market.
- Partner with the graphic designer and production houses to ensure high-quality marketing materials are delivered within budget.
- Manage media relations to secure positive and frequent media coverage for the company and monitor media placements.
- Maintain comprehensive marketing records, including competitor activity and company marketing expenses.
- Organize and participate in sponsorship activities, attend key events (opening nights, press launches, trade shows), and manage leaflet distribution.
- Work closely with Store Managers and Head of Brands to develop and implement localized marketing programs for individual stores as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in developing and executing Marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
