* - Conceptualize, formulate and implement all of the company's employee engagement policies and programs that are aimed to strengthen their sense of belonging, and engender a work culture that imbibes the company's core values and purpose.
  - Work with senior management and management team to implement and drive purpose-led culture program in the company
  - Promote employee awareness, understanding, and executing company’s core values and leadership behaviors through organizing different event and activities, and various communication means.
  - Foster an open, collaboration atmosphere at workplace through activities and strategies implementation
  - Foster workplace diversity and inclusion culture
  - Work with HR manager and all department/brand to lead and strategize talent management including talent review, individual development plan, and talent development & retention programs.
  - Drive diversity efforts to facilitate staff development, retention and engagement.
- Performance Management, assist the HR Manager and working with all departments head and head of brand in the management of the overall performance management system including goal-setting, quarterly reviews, mid-year reviews, performance appraisal, performance calibration, increments, and bonuses.
 - Drive employee engagement via partnering with business functions to initiate and creates a positive working environment to business
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and interviews; perform data clean-up, data analyses, and report write-ups; and identify initiatives required to enhance employee engagement and job performance.
- Provide support to line functions on change management initiatives.
- Coordinate with all head of brand/department manager/line manager to facilitate, monitor the progress of Dolphin Program innitiative and feedback for improvement 
  - Work with all department manager/head of brand to create new initiatives for workingplace, leadership and Dolphin Program to enhance the 3 key components of Dolphin program and monitor the Employee Impulse Survey (EPS) score.
   - Analyzing monthly feedbacks from employees and EPS and discuss with all relevant people including GM, head of brand and department manager and looking for improvement
   - Visit employee at store and sharing the company policies, compliance, benefit to employee and then collect the feedback for improvement from store
* Oversee EFG (Express Food Group) HR compliance for all offices and stores facilities.  
- Handle all the inspection from the inspectors from the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training
- Work closely with Ministries to update Notification and Prakas, and participate any training or workshop provided by relevant associations or Ministries
- Design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, and enforcement of compliance standards
- Make sure that all foreign employee met with the Cambodia Labor Law required
- Support recruitment as required
- Employee management in SCARAB system
- Other Tasks assigned by  Human Resource Manager
