Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company and Changan brand objectives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Changan vehicles.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales consultants to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Ensure sales team complies with company policies and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
  • At least 2–3 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
  • Experience managing sales teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience with automotive brands or dealership operations is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of automotive market trends and customer behavior.
