Job Description:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the body shops sales and growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, repair specials, and customer outreach campaigns.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns to attract new customers and increase repeat business.
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing platforms, including social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan, manage, and monitor all social media content, posting schedules, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain communication templates to educate customers about repair processes, paint quality, and service standards.
  • Oversee customer retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and referral campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints (online and offline).
  • Update and maintain brand assets, including logos, messaging, and visual guidelines.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics such as leads, conversions, and cost per lead.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor marketing strategies and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, service, or retail industries.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer behavior.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
