About the job Operation Supervisor
Operational Supervision
- Supervise the daily operations across multiple service workshops, OSC, ensuring consistent service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor workshop productivity, service turnaround time (TAT), and job card accuracy.
- Coordinate parts availability and logistics to minimize downtime and delays.
- Implement and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work coordination with fleets and insurances.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and support workshop supervisors and service advisors.
- Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching for technical and non-technical staff.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Customer Service Excellence
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Ensure front-line staff maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report KPis such as workshop efficiency, productivity, revenue per job card, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions when targets are not met
- Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance and improvement plans.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure workshops comply with health, safety, environmental, and legal standards.
- Audit workshop processes for adherence to manufacturer and company policies.
