Operational Supervision

  • Supervise the daily operations across multiple service workshops, OSC, ensuring consistent service quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor workshop productivity, service turnaround time (TAT), and job card accuracy.
  • Coordinate parts availability and logistics to minimize downtime and delays.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work coordination with fleets and insurances.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and support workshop supervisors and service advisors.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and coaching for technical and non-technical staff.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Ensure front-line staff maintain high standards of communication and professionalism.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and report KPis such as workshop efficiency, productivity, revenue per job card, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions when targets are not met
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance and improvement plans.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure workshops comply with health, safety, environmental, and legal standards.
  • Audit workshop processes for adherence to manufacturer and company policies.
