Job Description: 
You will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding Consulting's connections with a designated group of clients and provide guidance to clients at the pinnacle of strategic decision-making, addressing both overarching and detailed concerns. This involves demonstrating the transformative impact of technology on a diverse spectrum of business objectives. Working closely with Expert Partners and cross-functional teams, our Associate Partners ensure the delivery of optimal solutions to our clients.

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with a defined set of clients.
    • Understand clients' business goals and challenges to tailor IT solutions accordingly.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and anticipating future needs.
  2. Strategic Advisory:

    • Provide high-level strategic advice to clients, aligning technology solutions with their overall business objectives.
    • Offer insights into industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
  3. Technology Enablement:

    • Showcase the role of technology in achieving diverse business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements and innovation.
    • Stay abreast of the latest IT advancements and assess their relevance to clients.
  4. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Expert Partners, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Business Development:

    • Actively contribute to the growth of the client portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Participate in the development of proposals, presentations, and other materials to showcase the value of our IT consulting services.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT consulting with a focus on client management, strategic advisory and business development.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
