We help international companies expand in Thailand by managing compliance, payroll, work permits, and visas for their employees, removing the complexity of setting up a legal entity. Responsibilities

  • Automation Architecture (n8n (or similar) Focus): Design, develop, and maintain complex automation workflows using n8n (or similar) to bridge gaps between internal tools and communication platforms.
  • System Integration: Expertly manage API integrations, Webhooks, and JSON data transformations to ensure smooth data flow across all platforms.
  • Process Optimization: Conduct deep-dive audits of current manual tasks in Sales, Marketing, and Operations, converting them into high-efficiency automated sequences.
  • HR Solution Innovation: Proactively design "Future-Ready" workflows that solve common HR pain points, creating scalable automation models for RLCs external clients.
  • AI Implementation: Integrate AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) into automation flows to enhance decision-making and data processing capabilities.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating and adopting new automation tools and emerging technologies as the industry evolves.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

  • Automation Mastery: Proven experience building workflows with n8n (or similar) (Strongly preferred) or similar node-based tools like Make.com/Zapier.
  • Tool Agility & Adaptability: A fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to and master new automation platforms beyond n8n (or similar) as required by business needs.
  • Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON. You should be comfortable reading technical documentation to connect different software.
  • Logical & Systems Thinking: Exceptional ability to visualize complex processes into clean, logical flows. You enjoy solving puzzles and optimizing "messy" systems.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and an excellent command of English.

  • CRM Experience: Hands-on experience managing or automating workflows within HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Data Expertise: Background in Data Analysis or building Business Intelligence Dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • AI Savvy: Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance automation (e.g., Prompt Engineering within a workflow).
