BL - QA Tester (Remote Latam)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance processes, testing methodologies, and tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software by performing manual and/or automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and document test cases for software applications.
• Identify, report, and track bugs to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in QA Testing (Manual or Automation).
• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
