Recruiter (Latin America)
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with 3+ years of talent acquisition experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional based in Latin America with an advanced level of English, seeking to contribute to a fast-paced, global organization. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the sourcing and hiring of top talent for various positions across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top talent using a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment events.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection and hiring decisions.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the companys ongoing hiring needs.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices, particularly within the Latin American talent market.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidates and maintain accurate data.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on technical, administrative, or managerial roles.
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written) for communication with global teams and candidates.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment networks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for global organizations or working with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with the talent market in Latin America.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
