Role:

Were looking for a Performance Marketing & Data Analyst actively engages in hands-on creative work, such as creating static, carousel creatives for performance marketing Ads. The ideal candidate will independently manage all creative aspects, from conceptualization to execution, and have a strong track record of doing so for at least 4 years. As our first Performance Marketing and Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our performance marketing. This is a unique opportunity to build and define the processes for this role, significantly influencing the development of the creative strategy function within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-On Creative Work: Develop visual and promotional materials, and media ads, focusing on performance marketing to sell physical products.
  • Independent Management: Take charge of all creative aspects from concept to execution. You will be liaising closely with the Head of Marketing, CEO & our Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Creative Development: Create conceptually rich and performance-driven content for digital advertising across various channels including paid social, display, native, and video.
  • Leadership in Creative Processes: Lead creative strategy, concept development, script writing (both UGC and influencer), creative brief development, content review, and reporting.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Keynote, Canva, video editing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication and Organization: Strong skills in interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic Application: Apply knowledge of digital and social landscapes to content strategy and planning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with performance and e-commerce teams to drive results through creative leadership.
  • ProcessEstablishment: Develop and refine processes to ensure efficient and high-quality creative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders to identify and integrate best practices into the creative workflow.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Ad creative on major platforms like Meta, X and Outbrain
  • 4+ years of marketing experience working with Ecommerce/D2C brands
  • Proven analytical ability- you can digest data and turn insights into actionable creative strategy that drives growth. You are comfortable operating across spreadsheets and storyboards and enjoy using data to tell a story.
  • Proficient in Shopify & Google Analytics / TripleWhale
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with peers, direct reports and C-suite level management
  • Possess an agile, iterative, test & learn mindset. Strong and credible problem solver with a solutions-oriented, proactive approach
