About the Role:

We are seeking a Tech Program Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate and technology initiatives for enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will oversee new office builds, tech refreshes, and office relocations, ensuring seamless execution of projects while managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead real estate-related technology projects, including new office builds, relocations, and infrastructure refreshes.
  • Oversee project/program budgets ($15M-$20M range), schedules, risk management strategies, and operational plans.
  • Manage device rollouts (Arista, Juniper, Dell, Logitech, Jabra) and coordinate vendors.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to project execution and ensure adherence to program frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite (MS Project, MS Visio, Advanced Excel), Zoom, and ServiceNow for project tracking and demand management.
  • Directly manage high-performing teams and drive collaboration across internal and external partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Tech Program Manager or Project Manager handling multiple projects and budgets in enterprise settings.
  • 5-10 years managing real estate initiatives (office builds, tech refreshes, relocations).
  • Strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to break down business and technical objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Experience in vendor and team management across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) Minimum B2 CEFR level in both verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications (Ideal/Optional):

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Project Management certifications (Project+, CAPM, PMP).
