Active Directory Specialist (Access Management Engineer)

Rivka Development is looking for an experienced Active Directory Engineer to lead the migration and decommissioning of large Active Directory domains. This role requires deep expertise in Active Directory, Windows and Linux operating systems, and previous experience executing similar migration projects. You will work in a fully remote, international environment, collaborating with teams across Spain, the US, and Mexico.Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the migration of multiple Active Directory domains for different clients.
• Document processes and procedures related to the migration.
• Synchronize and reconcile the AD structure between different domains.
• Analyze and migrate GPOs between domains.
• Define technical and application requirements to prepare for the migration.
• Execute the technical migration of servers (development, pre-production, and production) from the old domain to the new one.
• Perform post-migration technical validations.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and application services teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years executing similar projects (5+ years preferred).
• Technical knowledge in:Microsoft Active Directory:AD servers and roles
• Organizational Units (OUs)
• Group Policies (GPOs)
• Trust relationships between domains
• Operating Systems:Microsoft Windows
• Red Hat Linux
• Skills & Competencies:Strong troubleshooting skills in Active Directory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in different time zones.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent Active Directory / Windows Server certifications.
