Role Overview

MV.Health is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic CRO expert to join us as our first internal CRO & UX Specialist. You should be excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business and working at a high growth company and you pride yourself on being an independent player. You are obsessed with analytics, excel at understanding customer behaviour and able to research, plan, execute and iterate in a highly methodical manner.

As the CRO and UX Specialist you will take complete ownership of onsite conversion and user experience with responsibility across the board from analytics and reporting through to management and implementation of strategic projects

You will be working with the Head of Digital Marketing to plan, execute and optimise user journeys by setting out your recommendation and putting in place a robust testing framework thatll enable rapid testing and learning to back up your hypotheses.

This is a blank canvas and a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a role that offers autonomy and accountability. You will be the product owner and have free reign to do what it takes to rapidly scale sales.

Responsibilities include

  • Plan & implement CRO strategy to drive improvements & increase sales
  • Plan and execute A/B testing campaigns, optimisation plans and test hypothesis
  • Work closely with design to brief and implement projects whilst ensuring brand consistency
  • Analyse usability and recommend improvements based on best practice
  • Create reporting that illustrates performance in a digestible way to report back to the business
  • Assess and recommend optimisation tools needed to get the job done
  • Prior experience using testing tools such as Optimizely essential
  • Extensive experience with analytical tools including Google Analytics is essential

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience of Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Deeply experienced with Shopify and able to do code changes to the pages and create new pages in Shopify
  • Worked with A/B testing platforms on Shopify
  • Worked on US-based D2C clients
  • Worked on Health / Wellness / Consumer Products
  • Advanced English level (C1)
