Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled machinists and technicians to join our team in a CNC machining environment, supporting the production of aerospace components. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating manual lathes, grinders, deburring equipment, and balancing machines to produce high-quality parts.

Responsibilities:

Deburrer Technician:

  • - Remove burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections from machined parts
  • - Inspect parts for defects and imperfections
  • - Utilize knowledge of CNC machining processes and materials to optimize deburring techniques
  • - Collaborate with CNC machinists and quality control teams

Balancing Technician:

  • - Operate balancing machines to ensure precise balance of parts
  • - Set up and adjust balancing equipment
  • - Conduct quality control checks
  • - Collaborate with CNC machinists and quality control teams

Manual Lathe Machinist:

  • - Operate manual lathes to produce precision parts
  • - Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • - Set up and adjust lathe equipment
  • - Conduct quality control checks

Grinder Machinist:

  • - Operate grinders to produce precision parts
  • - Set up and adjust grinder equipment
  • - Conduct quality control checks
  • - Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Common Responsibilities:

  • - Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • - Adhere to safety protocols and 5S standards
  • - Meet productivity and quality targets
  • - Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflow

Pay:

  • - $27/hr - $32/hr, including shift premium wage
  • - Afternoon Shift: 4:30 pm onwards

Requirements:

  • - 1-2 years of experience in manual lathe operation, grinding, deburring, or balancing
  • - Aerospace industry experience preferred
  • - Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, materials, and tolerances
  • - Proficiency with manual lathes, grinders, deburring equipment, and balancing machines
  • - Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision
  • - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
