Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented VPA, Admin & Social Media Support Specialist to support daily administrative operations while helping strengthen the company’s online presence and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal English communication abilities, and hands-on experience with social media management, email coordination, content scheduling, and administrative support. This role requires someone who is highly dependable, tech-savvy, capable of working independently in a remote environment, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The candidate will play an important role in supporting operational efficiency, customer communication, and digital brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks remotely, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and CRM systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage incoming emails and respond appropriately or escalate when necessary.
  • Assist with follow-up communication and operational coordination.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Pinterest.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries, comments, and engagement activities.
  • Support the implementation of social media strategies to improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
  • Assist with paid social media campaigns and audience targeting initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Content & Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate and support digital marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with company branding and objectives.
  • Help track campaign performance and prepare basic analytics and reporting summaries.

Educational Requirements:

  • College or Bachelors Degree

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience using social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email management, and online collaboration tools.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics, scheduling tools, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, or social scheduling tools is considered a plus.

Workplace: 

  • Remote

Working hour:

  • 4.00 PM to 9.00 PM (PHT)

Salary: 

  • Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
