Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives with scheduling, communication, documentation, and daily operations. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings for senior executives
  • Handle email management, follow-ups, and professional correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure smooth operations
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support operational and administrative projects as needed

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor in a relevant field.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proven experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and proactive approach to work
  • Proficiency in common productivity and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting international executives or remote teams
  • Background in operations, project coordination, or business support
  • Familiarity with CRM, task management, or documentation tools

Workplace: 

  • Remote

Working Hour: 

  • 7 pm - 4 am

Salary: 

  • Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • General Leave: 10 days
