Full-Stack Developer

Job Context: Riseup Labs is looking for a Full Stack Developer who is strong in React.js and Node.js and comfortable working on Frontend the Backend simultaneously. The role focuses on building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications while collaborating closely with backend, product, and design teams. Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the entire software stack.
• Implement best practices and maintain code quality, performance, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.

Required Qualification:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks, particularly React.js.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js or Java.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
