Job Context: Riseup Labs is hiring a Chat Support Specialist to engage and convert leads via WhatsApp and Telegram & other digital chat support tools. Guide users through registration, share demos, and provide support to encourage funding. Strong communication skills and BPO chat support experience are a plus. Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead Conversion via WhatsApp • Initial Contact: Engage newly registered leads who have not yet funded their accounts. • Primary Goal: Motivate leads to successfully create their trading account using the provided affiliate link. • Product Demo: Share the official demo page link to encourage hands-on testing of the trading environment. • Funnel Transition: Ensure leads seamlessly transition from WhatsApp to the exclusive Telegram support channel once registration is complete. 2. Nurturing & Funding via Telegram • Advantage Communication: Clearly communicate the exclusive benefits leads receive upon joining the Telegram channel (e.g., training videos, proprietary trading strategies, access to a learning group, dedicated manager support). • Funding Goal: Utilize these advantages to motivate and encourage an initial account funding. • Advanced Support: Handle customer queries related to basic trading concepts, platform features, and strategies (supported by an AI bot/script). Educational Requirements:
  • HSC/A Levels/O Levels/Bachelors from any reputed university.
Additional Requirements:
  •  Previous experience (6+ months) in a Chat Support, Sales, or BPO environment is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills in English. Proficiency in major Indian languages is a significant advantage, given the target market.
  •  Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in using chat applications, specifically WhatsApp and Telegram, in a professional capacity.
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving conversion targets (Account Registration and Account Funding).
