Job Context:

Riseup Labs looking for an experienced Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our product portfolio. This role involves leading cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, deep experience in product lifecycle management, and a passion for creating world-class digital experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for web, mobile, backend, and design-related projects
  • Align product goals with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research: Conduct customer and market research to gather insights, identify trends, and drive product innovation. Use data-driven analysis to refine the product roadmap.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration. Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Agile Process Management: Manage the product development process using Agile methodologies, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related communication with key internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product features and improvements.
  • Leadership: Contribute to building a high-performing product management culture within the company.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field..

Experience: Experience: 2+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of launching successful web, mobile, backend and game products with Client manage

Additional Requirements:

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes, backend systems, and digital product design. Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams.
  • Documentation Skill: Prepare document for SRS, BRD, PRD, GDD etc. and also prepare presentations, conduct UAT or other project related task.
  • Agile Expertise: Experience in Agile development environments, with a solid grasp of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing data to drive decision-making and measure product success (e.g., using Google Analytics, sensor tower, etc.).
  • User-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of user experience principles and the ability to align product development with customer needs.
  • Excellent Client Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English; able to manage international clients professionally, understand their need and make good relationship.
  • Others: Must be aligned and focused to certain targets and goals. Have mental preparation to take challenges and overcome them.
