Job Context: Riseup Labs seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Telesales Specialist (Outbound) to join our Riseup Labs Limited (BPO) wing. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote services, generate leads, and drive sales. Focusing on outbound calling in a fast-paced Global BPO environment, you will handle international clients across North American time zones, requiring flexibility and cultural awareness. The ideal candidate is persuasive, target-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume sales setting. Job Responsibilities:
  • Make proactive outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases to introduce services and generate interest.
  • Deliver scripted or customized sales pitches, handle objections effectively, and close sales or secure appointments.
  • Identify customer needs, cross-sell/up-sell where possible, and promote special offers to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, customer information, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, qualified leads, conversions, and sales quotas.
  • Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights during calls to share with the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with scripts, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., data privacy laws like GDPR for global calls).
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Adapt to varying accents, languages (if multilingual), and cultural nuances in global outreach.
Educational Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred..
Additional Requirements:
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in outbound Telesales, Telemarketing, call center sales, or a similar BPO role.
  • Freshers with good command in speaking and understanding English language and an excellent conversational skill (In English) can also Apply!
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence and strong persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin) are a plus for global roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and call center tools (e.g., auto-dialers).
  • Ability to handle rejection, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights or weekends, to accommodate international time zones.
  • Basic computer skills and typing proficiency for data entry.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C international sales.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques such as cold calling, SPIN selling, or Challenger methodology.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar accreditation is advantageous.
  • Resilience and self-motivation with a track record of meeting sales targets.
