Technical Project Manager

Position Overview : Riseup Labs is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end software development projects. The TPM will work closely with clients, development teams, designers, QA engineers, and company leadership to ensure successful project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience managing multiple digital/IT projects. Key Responsibilities : 1. Project Planning & Management • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans. • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria. • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring progress aligns with timelines. • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. • Track project KPIs and prepare status reports for stakeholders. 2. Technical Understanding & Coordination • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and documentation. • Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and capabilities. • Conduct technical requirement analysis for web, mobile, and enterprise solutions. • Review technical feasibility and provide recommendations to stakeholders. 3. Team Collaboration • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and DevOps. • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum). • Ensure smooth communication flow between internal teams and clients. 4. Client Communication & Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Present project updates, demos, and technical explanations in a clear and professional manner. • Manage client expectations, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Documentation & Quality Assurance • Maintain comprehensive project documentation (SOW, BRD, PRD, user stories, change logs). • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and functional requirements. • Support QA processes and participate in UAT with clients. Required Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field. • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications is mandatory. • 6–10 years’ experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, or similar PM tools. • Good technical knowledge of web/mobile technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, and databases. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications : • Experience working with international clients. • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Ability to write technical documentation and user stories. Workplace:

Working hour:

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
