Full Stack Developer - MERN

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a skilled MERN Developer to build dynamic web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Responsibilities include developing front-end components, managing back-end services, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in the MERN stack, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to imagine and create innovative web applications.
• Build dynamic, user-focused interfaces using React.js to enhance user experience.
• Develop robust and efficient backend systems with Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly for optimized performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement industry best practices in MERN stack development.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper documentation.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new tools, libraries, APIs, and frameworks.
• Manage and track project timelines using tools like Jira.
• Ensure web applications are secure, scalable, and high performing.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with REST API, GraphQL, JWT, Push Notifications, Google APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MVC frameworks, and project management tools like JIRA or ClickUp.
