About the job Executive, People & Culture
Job Context:
Riseup Labs seeking a dynamic Employee Engagement Executive to join our team and lead our efforts in fostering a culture of engagement and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating positive employee experiences and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative engagement initiatives that align with our organizational goals and values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to foster employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
- Design, plan, and execute various engagement initiatives, including team events, induction, workshops, recognition programs and other activities that promote a positive work culture.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that employee IDs, visiting cards, and employee files are accurately maintained, and that all HR documentation is managed efficiently and confidentially.
- Assist with daily HR operations, including preparing HR documents, letters, and reports. to the smooth functioning of HR activities.
- Organize HR meetings, document minutes, and track follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant labor laws.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or HRM.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Bengali and English.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution. Ethical, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and take initiative.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
