About the job Executive, HR & Admin

Job Context: Riseup Labs is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to join our team and lead our efforts in fostering a culture of engagement, HR ops, productivity & administrative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating positive employee experiences and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative engagement initiatives that align with our organizational goals and values. Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding (offer letters, joining formalities, orientation).
  • Maintain and update employee files, HR database, and documentation.
  • Support performance management processes, KPIs, and PIP tracking.
  • Prepare and manage payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and salary adjustments.
  • Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and leave management for night shift teams.
  • Draft HR letters, notices, and internal communications.
  • Ensure smooth HR support during night operations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and events.
  • Handle administrative tasks (meals, vendors, office supplies, maintenance).
  • Prepare HR & Admin reports for management (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Undertake any assign task from the Management team time to time.
Educational Requirements:
  • BBA in HRM or relevant field.
Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in HR & Admin (BPO/ITES preferred).
  • Must be willing to work in night shift.
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace & MS Office.
  • Good communication in English & Bengali.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure
