Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of the company. You will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze international markets to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct lead generation and analysis to qualify and prioritize prospects.
  • Prospect potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to generate interest and schedule meetings.
  • Set up appointments for the VP and ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Draft professional outreach emails and follow-ups to maintain lead engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date client and lead records using CRM tools.
  • Handle client queries and coordinate internally to ensure timely responses and high-quality service.
  • Regularly communicate with the VP to align on strategies and appointment schedules.
  • Track and report KPIs related to appointments, outreach, and lead progress.
  • Participate in weekly business development meetings to review pipeline health and strategy.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Marketing or graduate in CSE (IT background will get preference).

Additional Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field will be preferable.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a software company.
  • Strong understanding of the international B2B sales cycle.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems and lead prospecting tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for building client relationships.

Workplace: 

  • Onsite (Work from office)

Working Hours:

  • 8 Pm - 5 Am (Night Shift)
