About the job Customer Service Officer
Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a few expert and skilled “Customer Service Officer” to support one of its international food ordering clients. You will be responsible for managing and handling back-office order processing for a large food chain company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing Large amount of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.
- Collaborative nature with the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the operational requirements.
- Keen attention to detail to accurately process orders, payments, and information provided by customers.
- Ability to identify trends, issues, or system glitches and report them for resolution.
- Maintaining a high standards of call quality as per the requirement of the organization
Educational Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in a call center minimum 1 year or any hospitality industry is must.
- English Fluency- Professional (is a must)
- A positive and enthusiastic demeanor while interacting with customers to create a memorable experience.
Workplace:
- Uttara, Dhaka
Working Hours:
- Night Shift (Roaster Basis)
Salary:
- 25K-30K (Including KPI)

The Application Process:
- Telephone round
- Interview with the business development and talent acquisition team
- Once selected from the Riseup Labs team, candidate will have an interview session with the overseas Head of Operations from the respective company.
- After getting selected from the overseas Head of Operations, candidate will have to go through 2 courses (10-12 hours course) to qualify for the final round of interview
- Once qualified and completion of the course, the final mock test (final interview) will be conducted by the Head of Operations
