Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Live Chats and Email Correspondence) to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers via live chat and email, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Effectively identify and understand customer needs to provide accurate and efficient solutions
- Research and resolve customer issues independently, escalating complex matters when necessary
- Draft clear, concise, and grammatically correct communication for customers
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree/A Level/H.S.C
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably BPO experience)
- C1 Proficient in English (written)
- Proficiency in verbal, and reading English with a strong command of grammar and punctuation
- Excellent typing skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- A positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
Workplace:
- Uttara, Dhaka
Working Hours:
- Roaster Basis; Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
Salary:
- Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
