Job Context:

Riseup Labs seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work closely with our VP in the international market. The SDR will primarily be responsible for scheduling appointments with clients on behalf of the VP. This role will involve market research, client analysis, and proactive communication to set up appointments. The SDR will not be responsible for direct selling but will play a critical role in facilitating meetings for the VP, who will handle the selling process during meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze the target market to identify potential clients.
  • Perform client and prospect analysis to tailor outreach efforts.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email and phone to schedule appointments for the VP.
  • Maintain and update client information, leads, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate and set up appointments with clients, ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
  • Regular communication with the VP to ensure alignment and smooth scheduling of appointments.
  • Track and report weekly scheduling KPIs to meet assigned targets.
  • Participate in weekly scheduling meetings to review progress and targets.

Educational Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent educational attainment (H.S.C/A-Level).

Additional Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development, SDR, or similar role, appointment settings.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and understand target markets and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads and deals.
  • Must be able to work night shifts and align with the VP’s schedule in international markets.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and the internal team.

Working Hours:

  • 2 PM to 11 PM Bangladesh time/ 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift) Bangladesh Time
