Job Context:

Riseup Labs is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess exceptional communication skills, and excel in executing sales pitches while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Warm Lead Management: Handle incoming warm leads generated through product sampling, initiate follow-up calls, and nurture leads through the sales process.  
  • Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to approximately 40 new contacts per day, adhering to sample delivery timelines. Deliver confident sales pitches and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions over the phone, ensuring the secure collection of credit card information and adherence to payment processing protocols.
  • Utilize Tools/Platforms: Proficiently use HubSpot for lead management, WooCommerce/WordPress for product information and transactions, and the company's VoIP or phone call software for customer communication.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional manner, providing product details, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships to drive sales.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline from Reputed Public or Private University;

Additional Requirements:

  •  Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a phone-based or remote environment.
  • Communication Skills: Articulate communicator with fluency in English, possessing high-quality reading, writing, and speaking abilities. Neutral accent preferred for effective communication with American consumers. Fluency in English is a must.
  • Sales Aptitude: Comfortable executing sales pitches, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone. Ability to adapt sales strategies to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and WooCommerce/WordPress platforms preferred. Willingness to undergo training provided by the client.
  • Work Schedule: Available to work from 10 PM to 7 AM Bangladesh time, Monday to Friday.
