About the job Google Ads Specialist
Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our advertising campaigns. This role is heavily focused on Google Ads and requires strong expertise in B2B lead generation, particularly for technology and outsourcing services. As our Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Google Ads strategy, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, performance analysis, and conversion tracking. Your goal will be to drive high-quality traffic, generate qualified leads, and maximize ROI from paid campaigns across global markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) targeting global B2B audiences. Search Ads is highly preferred.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis aligned with IT outsourcing services.
- Write compelling ad copy tailored for high-intent business decision-makers.
- Set up conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and manage ad performance.
- Run A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve performance.
- Manage campaign budgets strategically to optimize for ROI and cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design and dev teams to ensure high-converting landing pages.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in marketing, Business, or any other field
Additional Requirements:
- Proven track record managing B2B Google Ads campaigns (preferably in tech or outsourcing).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Skilled in keyword research, copywriting, and campaign structuring.
- Experience with A/B testing, lead funnels, and remarketing strategies.
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement) are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with other ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) is a plus.
