Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a few expert and skilled “Customer Service Specialist”  to support one of its international food ordering clients. You will be responsible for managing and handling back-office order processing for a large food chain company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing proper guest support via phone
  • Take and place orders according to customer demands
  • Update orders and details on CRM/Required platform
  • Assist and suggest different toppings or items to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and assist them properly
  • Fully monitor and understand each order
  • Up-sell additional items if asked

Educational Requirements:

  • Educational requirements: Bachelors’ degree/A Level/H.S.C

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English Language (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
  • Must put attention to every detail
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service/support industry
  • Able to work at night shift/day shift or roaster basis

Workplace: 

  • Uttara, Dhaka

Working Hours:

  •  Roaster Basis; Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)

Salary: 

Negotiable + KPI Bonus
