About the job Customer Service Specialist
Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a few expert and skilled “Customer Service Specialist” to support one of its international food ordering clients. You will be responsible for managing and handling back-office order processing for a large food chain company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing proper guest support via phone
- Take and place orders according to customer demands
- Update orders and details on CRM/Required platform
- Assist and suggest different toppings or items to customers
- Handle customer complaints and assist them properly
- Fully monitor and understand each order
- Up-sell additional items if asked
Educational Requirements:
- Educational requirements: Bachelors’ degree/A Level/H.S.C
Additional Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English Language (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
- Must put attention to every detail
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service/support industry
- Able to work at night shift/day shift or roaster basis
Workplace:
- Uttara, Dhaka
Working Hours:
- Roaster Basis; Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
Salary:
Negotiable + KPI Bonus
