Team Leader

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for “Team Leader” for a few international campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading & training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals.
• Directs, administers and controls the day-to-day operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to communicate with our US based client.
• Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive
  feedback.

Additional Requirements:

• Required Team Leader will have to work at NIGHT SHIFT from 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM from the office.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or HSC/O Levels (If have fluency in English)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Call Center Team Leading
• Must have proficient computer knowledge, MS package efficiency
• Candidates in Uttara / Nearby will be given preference.

Workplace: 

• Uttara, Dhaka

Salary: 

• Negotiable
