About the job Lead Generation Analyst
Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a Lead Generation Analyst to drive international client acquisition across BPO and Resource Augmentation industries. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, leveraging CRM tools, and optimizing sales pipelines to boost company revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting international markets.
- In-depth research of potential companies, collecting key required information’s and selecting appropriate decision-makers for prospecting.
- Qualify leads and ensure alignment with company offerings.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics.
- Stay updated on lead generation trends and tools.
- Immediate response to support emails, phone professionally and efficiently.
- Call immediately over the phone after receiving requests from international clients.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent educational attainment (H.S.C/A-Level).
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in In-depth lead generation, B2B organization, and email support.
- Fluent in English speaking is a must.
- Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Workplace:
- Uttara, Dhaka
Working Hour:
- 7 am - 12 Am (Shifting)
