About the job Business Development Manager
Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a resilient, empathic Manager for our Business Development team to contribute to the company's growth. You will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research target markets and identify potential clients using LinkedIn and websites.
- Attend meetings with qualified leads and maintain regular activity reports.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies for international markets.
- Qualify leads, collaborate with the Business Development team, and optimize lead conversion.
- Monitor key lead generation metrics and stay updated on trends and tools.
- KPI and Target meet-up.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Marketing or graduate in CSE (IT background will get preference),
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B international sales.
- Proven expertise in appointment setting and sales lock with international clients.
- Should have experience in IT development, game development, staff augmentation industries
- Strong research, analytical, and email communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
