Senior Business Analyst

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of clients projects and future business prospects. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and resolution of issues
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and requirements

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation
• Proven experience working with cross-functional and technical teams
• Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and data flows
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Exposure to software development or IT projects
  • Experience collaborating with international or remote teams

Workplace: 

• Remote (Office Time: 07.00 PM- 04.00 AM)

Salary: 

• Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
