eLearning Specialist (Learning Instructional Designer)

Job Context:

Riseup Labs skilled and detail-oriented eLearning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and collaboration skills, working closely with Subject Matter Experts(SMEs), designers, and video editors to create engaging digital learning experiences. They should also be proficient in SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms such as Moodle or CourseBox, ensuring high-quality and accessible e-learning content.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and video editors to develop high-quality e-learning courses.
• Design and structure digital learning experiences that align with educational objectives.
• Ensure SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platform compatibility for seamless course deployment.
• Maintain consistency in course design, layout, and instructional methodologies.
• Implement and optimize student engagement strategies using learning analytics.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG) for inclusive learning experiences.
• Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Synthesia.io, Articulate 360, H5P) to enhance content delivery.
• Apply UI/UX design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly learning interfaces.

Educational Qualification:

• Degree in Information Technology, Education, or Instructional Design.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong coordination and collaboration skills—must be able to work with SMEs, designers, and video editors.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms (Moodle, CourseBox, etc.).
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency in course design.

Good To Have:

• Degree in Information Technology, Education, or Instructional Design.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for e-learning, such as Synthesia.io, Articulate 360, H5P, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and WCAG compliance for accessible learning.
• Familiarity with learning analytics and student engagement optimization strategies.

Working Hours:

• 8 am - 4 pm (Bangladesh time)
