Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a competent Lead Generation Specialist who will help businesses bring in new leads and increase the number of people at the top of their sales funnel. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on target markets and identify potential clients using LinkedIn and website.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and decision-making process and assign to the sales team.
  • Build a comprehensive database of qualified prospects, including contact information and key decision-makers.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for Account Executives.
  • Assigned after hours business inquires to designated sales team members.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on regular activities.
  • Reporting meeting with the sales team on a daily-basis.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any discipline.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn sales navigator for lead generation and networking.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Key Performance Indicator:

  • Number of qualified leads generated per week/month.
  • Lead response rate.

Workplace: 

  • Uttara, Dhaka

Working Hours:

  • 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
