Job Context:

We are looking for a customer-focused International Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to customers across international markets. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, provide accurate information, maintain customer records, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and accounts.
Resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases when required.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction.
Adhere to quality standards, company policies, and service procedures.
Meet individual performance and productivity targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

6 months–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or an International Call Center.
Experience supporting UK, US, Australian, or other international customers is preferred.
Fluent spoken English is mandatory, with a clear, neutral accent and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international customers.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
