Job Context:

Riseup Labs is expanding its team and looking for 20 enthusiastic and customer-focused International Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to North American customers. If you have excellent English communication skills and experience in international customer service or telesales, this is your opportunity to grow with a leading BPO and ITeS provider.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fluency in English: Must have excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service or Telesales with international campaigns will be an advantage.
  • Work Schedule: Must be willing to work night shifts and on a roster basis.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum H.S.C/A-Levels or University Graduate.

Additional Requirements:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support for both new and existing orders.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients and their teams to execute daily customer service tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain professionalism and high-quality service in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to enhance the overall customer experience.

Workplace: 

  • Uttara, Dhaka

Working Hours:

  • 6 pm -4 Am

Salary: 

  • 25K-28K
