About the job Sales Closer (International BPO)
Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Closer to join our international telesales team. As a Closer, you will specialize in finalizing high-value sales deals over the phone with prospects from various global markets. You will take warm leads (generated by lead qualifiers or outbound callers), build rapport quickly, handle objections effectively, and close sales to meet ambitious targets. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment and excel at converting opportunities into revenue. The campaign focuses on international clients, requiring cultural sensitivity, adaptability to different time zones, and fluency in English (Additional languages are a plus)
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage warm leads transferred from lead generation or qualification teams.
- Conduct in-depth phone consultations to understand prospect needs, present tailored product/service solutions, and address questions or concerns.
- Expertly handle objections, negotiate terms, and apply proven closing techniques to secure deals on the call or through structured follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and closing ratios.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services where opportunities arise.
- Accurately document all interactions, customer details, payments, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and deal progress for reporting and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Adapt communication style to diverse international audiences, considering cultural nuances and time differences
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Telesales Executive, or similar role in outbound/inbound telesales (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and high closing rates.
- Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, confident phone presence.
- Fluency in English (native or near-native level); proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is highly advantageous for international campaigns.
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a high-volume calling environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and telesales software.
- Excellent time management skills to handle calls across multiple time zones
