About the job Recruiting Coordinator
Job Context:
The Recruiting Coordinator supports day-to-day operations with a focus on applicant screening, employee file auditing, document compliance, and records management. This role ensures employee files are complete, accurate, and up to date in alignment with company policies and applicable labor requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Support :
● Assist with screening job applicants based on basic qualifications and job requirements
● Coordinate and track applicant progress through the hiring process
● Communicate with candidates as needed regarding missing information or next steps
Employee File Management :
● Audit employee files to ensure required documents, certifications, and forms are completed and properly uploaded
● Track missing or incomplete documentation and follow up with employees to ensure completion
● Maintain organized digital records in HR systems (e.g., Rippling or similar platforms)
Compliance & Document Tracking :
● Monitor expiration dates for required certifications, training records, and compliance documents
● Notify employees in advance of upcoming expirations and required renewals
● Ensure all personnel files remain audit-ready and compliant with company policies and applicable regulations
Employee Follow-Up & Support :
● Communicate professionally with employees regarding missing or incomplete HR documentation
● Provide clear instructions for uploading or completing required forms
● Support general HR administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Prior experience in recruitment, administrative support, or compliance-related work preferred
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Comfortable working with HRIS systems and digital file management
● Strong written communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines
● Understanding of confidentiality and data privacy in HR settings

Work-Time:
- 12.00 PM -09.00 PM (PHT)
Salary:
- Negotiable (Based on experience and skills).
